Shipping policy
RoadMood — Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 22, 2026
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped to: 📧 info@road-mood.com
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery time is 10 business days. Please note that:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons such as holidays
- RoadMood is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control
- International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

⚠️ During peak seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
4. Shipping Destinations RoadMood ships to the United States and internationally. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
5. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories unless otherwise stated).
6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. RoadMood is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@road-mood.com — we can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages RoadMood is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. In such cases we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Filing a claim with the carrier
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@road-mood.com and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos and video of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt
- Do not discard the original packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@road-mood.com with your order number and evidence photos
Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery may disqualify you from receiving a replacement or refund for transit damage.
10. International Shipping For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer
- RoadMood has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Some countries may restrict or prohibit the importation of certain products — it is the customer's responsibility to verify importation rules in their country before placing an order
- In the event an international package is refused or returned due to customs issues, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and fees
11. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:
- We will contact you at the email address on file
- Reshipping fees will apply
- If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product only, minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred
